Usage Rules for Non-Subscribers

This web site is for state licensed and state certified real estate appraisers only. By using this web site you affirm that you are either a state licensed or state certified real estate appraiser. You may post the names and other pertinent information about people who are delinquent (over 90 days) in paying you for appraisal services that you performed. You assume full responsibility for information that you post, and by posting here you affirm that the information is correct. You are responsible for sending me an when you have been paid so your post can be removed! There is no cost to add a listing.

You are not allowed to tell the person or company that you submitted to these listings that you have posted them to the list. You are also not allowed to threaten to post anyone to this list if they do not pay. The sole purpose of posting to this list is to alert other appraisers to those who are non-payers for appraisal services.

Usage Rules for Subscribers

In addition to the Terms of Use for Non-Subscribers above, the following conditions also apply to subscribers:
The information that you will be given access to is confidential information and is for your own use only for the purpose of evaluating whether or not to extend credit to potential clients. Disclosure of this information to third parties, including those whose names are listed in the database is prohibited. Sharing your user name and password is strictly prohibited also. Any violations of this agreement by you will be cause for the webmaster to terminate your access to the database with no refunds given. If webmaster discontinues this service prior to the expiration of term that you have paid for, and if you have not violated the terms of this agreement, then you will be refunded a prorated amount for the remainder of your term.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse to sell a subscription for any reason, at our discretion.

(f) Edit or delete any listing(s) or communication(s) posted on the DeadbeatListings.com Site, regardless of whether such listing(s) or communication(s) violate these standards.

DeadbeatListings.com reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the personal safety of our guests or the public.
