Agreement - The subscription is for 1 year and the cost is $50. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours which you may pay by check or credit card. Webmaster agrees to maintain these listings and make them available to you for a period of one year, the beginning date being the date that payment is received from you. There are no refunds for unused time should you decide later that you do not want to use the service. You affirm that you are a licensed real estate appraiser and that the information furnished above is true and correct. We sell subscriptions to licensed, certified residential, and certified general appraisers only and we must be able to verify your license at http://www.asc.gov. The information that you will be given access to is confidential information and is for your own use only for the purpose of evaluating whether or not to extend credit to potential clients. Disclosure of this information to third parties, including those whose names are listed in the database is prohibited. Sharing your user name and password is strictly prohibited also. Any violations of this agreement by you will be cause for the webmaster to terminate your access to the database with no refunds given. If webmaster discontinues this service prior to the expiration of term that you have paid for, and if you have not violated the terms of this agreement, then you will be refunded a prorated amount for the remainder of your term.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse to sell a subscription for any reason, at our discretion.
